I know you.
You always put yourself last. You appear to always be in control. Your perfectionism drives you and everyone around you nuts! You’re overwhelmed trying to do be and have it all.
You lost yourself. Literally. Somewhere between the children, family, friends and your work you got lost. You buried your dreams, your passion and your life for everyone around you. You love them. You are trying to live up to the super woman ideals the world taught you. You can’t.
You feel guilty when you’re working because you think about family, and your distracted when you’re at home, because you think about your work.
How in the hell are you supposed to change the world when you can’t look after yourself? I’ll tell you how…. YOU CAN’T!
So, you’re pissed off that things didn’t quite turn out the way you wanted. You’re secretly resentful and angry that you can’t take more time for you and the things you want to do. Oh what you’d give for a weeks’ vacation… ALONE!
You might think I read this in a book (and you’d be right when I write it). The truth? I have been where you’re at. It wasn’t that long ago when my life was exactly the way I just described. I now have rituals in place that support me to make myself a priority, without sacrificing my family or career.
I help women get clarity on what they want in life and gain the confidence to go get it!
So if you’re looking for an escape plan I can help you!
Hi There! I’m Anita Fiander (pronounced Fi(eye)ander) I’m a life coach for women and I’m an alpha female. I’m not a feminist though (don’t get me mixed up in that)… A story I will share another day
A very direct problem solver, I mentor and create strategies for women who want to create a lifestyle in harmony with who they are. I’m on a mission to help women get clarity on EXACTLY what they want, take control, and live life on their terms.
I have over thirty years’ experience working as a counselor and parent. A lifetime student of self-help. My children are 30,27 and 14…at the time of this writing. I consider them foremost, my best teachers and I’m grateful for the life lessons being their mom has blessed me with. No lack of experience, wisdom and FAILING here!
I live in New Brunswick where I enjoy life with my family, that includes my two dogs, Tess and Sadie.
Every Sunday I send out a newsletter. It’s an extension of my blog, but the conversations are a lot more personal. I hope you join me.
Please contact me. I would love to hear from you.
